It can be used to remove tannin in the juice, tea beverage and beer industries. Enzyme preparation. It is mainly used to decompose tannins in the production of instant tea to improve the cold solubility of the finished product and avoid turbidity when cooling after hot dissolution. When using, add 2.5g of tannase preparation per liter to the tea extract with a pH value of 5.5-6, then stir at 30℃ for 70min, then heat to 90℃ to inactivate the enzyme, and centrifuge to remove the tannase.
