Polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride (PHGC) is a broad-spectrum fungicide and an environmentally friendly multi-purpose new cationic polymer. It is easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is colorless and odorless. It has many excellent properties such as broad-spectrum high efficiency, low concentration, no foaming, no drug resistance, and biodegradability. It has been widely used in the sterilization and mildew prevention of plant protection, medicine, industrial products, food and daily necessities. Its bactericidal mechanism is: the guanidine group has high activity, which makes the polymer chemicalbook positively charged and easily adsorbed by various bacteria and viruses that are usually negatively charged, thereby inhibiting the division function of bacteria and viruses and making bacteria and viruses lose their reproductive ability. At the same time, it is a high molecular polymer that can form a film to block the respiratory tract of microorganisms, causing microorganisms to suffocate and die quickly. Polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride is an ophthalmic compound containing phenylephrine. Polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride is an antibacterial agent; a method for preparing a multifunctional flame-retardant polyester
