NOBILETIN
Nobiletin is a polymethoxylated flavonoid found in some citrus fruits and has a variety of pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and neuroprotective properties. A research team led by the Heart Institute of the University of Ottawa in Canada found through mouse experiments that nobiletin can offset the adverse effects of a high-fat diet, thereby improving metabolic disorders and preventing postprandial hyperlipidemia. Previous epidemiological studies have shown that the higher the intake of flavonoids, the lower the cardiovascular risk. Therefore, nobiletin should also have the effect of reducing the risk of disease. Nobiletin has anti-hemagglutination, anti-thrombosis, anti-cancer, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer, anti-mutagenic, anti-allergic, anti-ulcer, analgesic, hypotensive activity, and cholesterol-lowering effects.
