Lithium hydroxide is used as a grease additive (thickener, antioxidant, extreme pressure agent) to improve heat resistance, water resistance, stability and mechanical properties. It can be used in bearings of automobiles, aircraft, cranes, etc.; it is used as an electrolyte raw material for lithium batteries.
