Applications:
It can be used as a corrosion inhibitor in processes such as oil field acidification and oil and gas gathering and transportation to protect metal equipment from corrosion. It is often used as a surfactant ingredient in cleaning products such as detergents, hand sanitizers, and toilet cleaners.  It can be used as a synergist for pesticides to improve the adhesion and permeability of pesticide spray solutions and enhance the effect of pesticides.
